• HOJICHA STRAWBERRY MONT BLANC (1PC)
hazelnut dacquoise, hojicha chantilly cream, fresh strawberry, hojicha white bean paste, freeze dried strawberries

Enjoy within the day of delivery chilled. Keep refrigerated in airtight container, to remove mont blanc from tart board, gently slide it with a butter knife to prevent dacquiose from breaking. Devoured within 1-2 days.

korean red chili paste infused french almond cake, strawberry compote, freeze dried strawberries

Enjoy within the day of delivery at 20°C. Keep refrigerated in airtight container. Take out of fridge— 30 minutes before consuming. Devoured within 2-3 days.

Best eaten within the day of delivery & enjoyed warm. Keep refrigerated for up to 2 days in airtight container. Reheat only once in a 170-180C preheated oven for 5-10 minutes and let it cool down before consumption.

earl grey & sakura infused french almond cake, pickled sakura

Best consumed warm within the day of delivery. Keep airtight at room temperature for up to 2 days or frozen for up to 3 weeks. Reheat in a 160°C preheated oven for 5-10 minutes or until warm through before consumption.
