Best eaten within the day of delivery & enjoyed warm.
Keep refrigerated for up to 2 days in airtight container.
Reheat only once in a 150-160C preheated oven for 5-10 minutes and let it cool down slightly before consumption.
MATCHA CANELÉ
matcha canelé, rum infused ceremonial matcha ganache
Best eaten within the day of delivery & enjoyed warm.
Keep refrigerated for up to 2 days in airtight container.
Reheat only once in a 170-180C preheated oven for 5-10 minutes and let it cool down before consumption.
HOJICHA GOMA DACQUOISE
hojicha and black sesame almond dacquoise, hojicha italian buttercream, black sesame praline, toasted sesame seeds
Enjoy within the day of delivery at 20°C.
Keep refrigerated in airtight container.
