By placing an order, you acknowledge that you’ve read and agreed to our ordering, delivery and collection policies.

Please read the following carefully:

• All item(s) within the same order must share the same fulfilment date. If you’d like to order for different dates, please place separate orders.
• Please select the correct delivery option at checkout. Delivery fees vary depending on your order type and delivery location.
  Orders containing Celebration Collection items are subject to Celebration Collection delivery rates.
  If an incorrect delivery option is selected, or additional delivery charges apply, we’ll contact you before processing your order.
• Kindly provide your full address, including block, street name, and unit number (if any).
  Orders submitted with incomplete details may be delayed or forfeited without refund if we are unable to reach you.
• Once payment has been made, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. If an exception is granted at our sole discretion, any applicable platform transaction fees will be deducted from the refund.
• Requests to amend an existing order are subject to availability and our production schedule, and cannot be guaranteed. If you’d like to add items to an existing order, please contact us before placing a new order so we can advise on the best way to proceed, where possible.
• For gift orders, please provide the recipient’s name, contact number and delivery address.
• If you have any delivery notes or special instructions, please include them in the Order Notes section below. We’ll take your requests into consideration where possible, but they cannot be guaranteed.
