IMPORTANT NOTES
- Pick-up is at 210 Bukit Batok Street 21. The full address will be shared via email after order confirmation.
- All orders must be collected on the selected fulfilment date. Uncollected orders will be forfeited without replacement or refund.
- We are unable to accommodate specific delivery or pick-up time requests.
- Celebration Collection orders are delivered via a dedicated point-to-point courier. Delivery is $18 for selected West areas and $25 for all other serviceable areas, with complimentary delivery for orders of $120 and above (excl. surcharges or promos).
- Orders containing Celebration Collection items are subject to Celebration Collection delivery rates.
- Please ensure the correct delivery option is selected at checkout. If an incorrect option is selected, or additional delivery charges apply, we’ll contact you before processing your order. If you’re unsure which delivery option applies, kindly get in touch before placing your order.
- If you’d like to add items to an existing order, please contact us before placing a new order so we can advise on the best way to proceed, where possible.
- You’re welcome to arrange your own door-to-door courier during the designated pick-up window. Once your order has been handed over, Gaily Bakes is not responsible for delays, loss or damage during transit.
- All deliveries are fulfilled by third-party couriers. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order during the stated delivery window.
