IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Pick-up is at 210 Bukit Batok St 21. Full address will be shared via email after confirmation.
  • All orders must be collected on your selected pick-up date. Orders not collected will be forfeited with no replacements or refunds.
  • We are unable to accommodate specific delivery or pick-up time requests.
  • Celebration orders are delivered via a dedicated point-to-point courier to ensure they arrive directly at their destination. Delivery fees range from $15–$25, with complimentary delivery for orders above $120 (excl. surcharges or promos).
  • Please ensure the correct delivery option is selected at checkout. If you’re unsure, kindly get in touch before placing your order.
  • All deliveries are fulfilled by third-party couriers. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order.
