STORAGE INSTRUCTION

Best consumed warm within the day of delivery. Keep airtight at room temperature for up to 2 days or frozen for up to 3 weeks. Reheat in a 160°C preheated oven for 5-10 minutes or until warm through before consumption.

MATCHA STRAWBERRY MONT BLANC
pistachio dacquoise, ceremonial grade matcha chantilly cream, fresh strawberry, matcha hokkaido white bean paste vermicelli, freeze dried strawberries

Enjoy within the day of delivery chilled. Keep refrigerated in airtight container. Devoured within 2-3 days.

CRANBERRY PISTACHIO COOKIE
brown butter cookie, crushed pistachio, cranberries, pistachio paste, valrhona 33% opalys

Best eaten within the day of delivery & enjoyed warm. Keep refrigerated for up to 2 days or frozen for up to 3 weeks in airtight container. Reheat gently only once in a 120-140C preheated oven for 5 minutes and let it cool down before consumption.
